786 Win Terms and Conditions – Full Platform Rules for Pakistani Players

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the 786 Win platform — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, claiming a promotion, or placing a wager — you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and that you agree to be legally bound by them. This agreement is formed between you and 786 Win at the moment you complete the registration process or, where no registration is required, when you first access the platform.

These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, all of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 786 Win. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any specific game, promotion, or competition rules, the specific rules for that game or promotion will prevail in relation to that matter alone.

2Eligibility

To register and maintain an account with 786 Win, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 786 Win operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. If we discover at any time that a player is under 18, the account will be immediately suspended, all funds forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.
• You must be a natural person — companies, trusts, and other legal entities may not hold player accounts.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person. Each account must represent the individual named in the registration form and operated solely by that individual.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of 786 Win or any associated entity.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling platforms or subject to a self-exclusion order registered with 786 Win.

3Account Registration

Each person may hold only one 786 Win account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single person, whether under the same or different names, contact details, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If duplicate accounts are identified, 786 Win reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending and settled bets, and forfeit all balances including any bonus funds.

When registering with 786 Win, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and valid email address.
• Keep your registration information up to date at all times. If your contact details change, you are responsible for updating your account profile promptly.
• Choose a strong, unique password and keep it confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• Notify 786 Win immediately at support@786win.biz if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted from your account, whether authorised by you or not, except where 786 Win has been found negligent in its security obligations.

786 Win reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant without being required to provide a reason, and to close any account where we have reasonable grounds to believe the Terms have been or are likely to be breached.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the 786 Win platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 786 Win accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, interbank fund transfer (IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard bank-issued debit or credit cards.

Deposits:

• The minimum single deposit amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit under standard account conditions, though 786 Win may apply enhanced verification for deposits above Rs 100,000.
• Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash wallets typically reflect in your 786 Win balance within five minutes of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two business hours.
• Deposited funds may only be used for wagering on 786 Win games. Funds cannot be transferred to other accounts or used for any purpose outside the platform.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit, unless prior written approval has been granted by 786 Win's finance team.
• Standard withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed within 30 minutes during operating hours (08:00–23:00 PKT, 7 days a week). Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one business day.
• Before processing any withdrawal, 786 Win may require identity and payment verification documents. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 72 hours of the request may result in the withdrawal being held pending compliance.
• If a withdrawal request is made before the applicable bonus wagering requirement has been met, the withdrawal request will be declined and the player will be notified. The player may choose to forfeit the bonus balance to enable the withdrawal of real money funds only.

5Bonuses & Promotions

786 Win offers various bonuses, promotions, free plays, and loyalty rewards from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published on the Promotions page at the time the offer is active. The following general bonus rules apply across all offers unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• One bonus per household / IP address: Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per shared internet connection. 786 Win monitors for duplicate bonus claims and will void bonuses and associated winnings where abuse is identified.
• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier (e.g. 30x). This means the bonus amount must be wagered the stated number of times before any funds derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier for each promotion is displayed in the promotion details.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Roulette outside bets and certain other game types may contribute at a reduced rate. The contribution rate for each game type is listed in the promotion-specific terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds not utilised within the period specified in the promotion terms will expire automatically. Wagering requirements must also be met within any stated time limit; incomplete wagering at expiry results in the bonus balance being removed.
• Maximum bet with bonus funds: While playing with an active bonus balance, the maximum permitted bet per round or spin is Rs 2,000 unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit during a bonus period may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Bonus abuse: 786 Win reserves the right to withhold or void bonuses and winnings where evidence of bonus abuse, bonus arbitrage, or coordinated use across multiple accounts is identified. What constitutes abuse is determined at the sole reasonable discretion of 786 Win's risk team.

6Gameplay Rules

All games on the 786 Win platform are governed by individual game rules which are accessible from within each game interface. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the rules of the game being played. The following general gameplay terms apply across the 786 Win platform:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or, for live dealer games, by live physical randomisation under controlled studio conditions. 786 Win does not interfere with game outcomes.
• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the system are final. Once a wager has been submitted and acknowledged, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the player.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game, 786 Win's server-side records will be used to determine the state of the game at the point of disconnection. Where a bet was active and in play at the point of disconnection, the game will be settled according to its natural outcome if the server recorded the final result. Where the result cannot be determined, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.

• 786 Win reserves the right to void bets and withhold payouts where a game is found to have been played under erroneous conditions, including but not limited to software malfunctions, incorrect odds being displayed, or configuration errors.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 786 Win platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension and, where appropriate, legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanism to interact with the platform in a way not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in game logic for financial gain. Any winnings arising from known or suspected software errors must be reported to 786 Win support immediately.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection, or using the platform to process funds of unlawful origin.
• Colluding with other players in live games or any form of multi-account play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to access, alter, or interfere with the platform's code, databases, servers, or communications infrastructure.
• Providing false identification documents or misrepresenting your identity, age, or location during the registration or verification process.
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward 786 Win staff or other players in any communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent geo-restrictions, self-exclusion measures, or account bans by registering a new account or using another person's account.

8Security & Account Verification

786 Win operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with responsible platform management standards. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents at registration, before your first withdrawal, or at any point during your account's active period:

• Proof of Identity: Valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document showing your name and residential address, dated within the last three months.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or confirmation of the Easypaisa or JazzCash account, bank statement, or card details matching the account used for deposits.

Documents must be provided in clear, unobstructed digital format within 72 hours of a verification request. 786 Win may place temporary withdrawal holds on accounts pending verification. Once verified, standard processing times resume.

9Responsible Gaming Obligations

10Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes as a registered player.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the 786 Win platform or its content without explicit written permission from 786 Win. Unauthorised use of the 786 Win name, logo, or brand marks is prohibited.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 786 Win's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the platform, or any game outcome shall be limited to the amount of the player's deposit held in their account at the time the claim arises.

786 Win shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any other indirect or consequential losses, even where 786 Win has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
• Temporary platform downtime, maintenance windows, or service interruptions caused by factors outside our reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your decision to wager, including the natural outcome of any game played fairly in accordance with its rules.
• Any failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to internet connectivity issues on the player's side, power outages, or third-party payment processor delays.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

12Account Suspension & Termination

786 Win may suspend or permanently close your account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or the Responsible Gaming policy.
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Engagement in any prohibited activity as defined in Section 7.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Request by law enforcement, financial intelligence, or regulatory authorities.
• At the player's own request to close their account.

Upon account closure, 786 Win will process a final withdrawal of any remaining real money balance (minus any withheld amounts under investigation) within 10 business days, provided the account has passed all required verification checks. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure for any reason.

13Changes to These Terms

786 Win reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a change is material — meaning it meaningfully affects your rights or obligations as a player — we will provide notice via the email address registered to your account and/or a prominent notice on the platform's homepage, with a minimum of 14 days before the change takes effect.

Minor changes — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter substantive rights, or updates to reflect changes in payment method availability — may be made without advance notice and will take effect immediately upon publication. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.

Continued use of the 786 Win platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should close your account before the effective date of the change.
